The purpose of my travel was to attend two conferences- the NZ SAGAS Conference in Laufen, Germany where I delivered a paper and the EACLALS Triennial Conferenec in Graz, Austria. I also spent several days in Munich prior to travelling to Laufen and five days in Venice, Florence and Rome before returning to Australia.

Further details have been announced for the Honda Adelaide Music Festival which opens on September 10 – 26. The classical program has already been released and word is that tickets for headliners Roger Woodward and the Australian Chamber Orchestra are already moving fast.
