About

Theatre and Music Reviews

Adelaide, South Australia

Welcome to MurrayBramwell.com

I have been a theatre and music reviewer in Adelaide, South Australia since 1985. Over that time I have written for numerous Australian publications ranging from The National Times, CentreStage, Lowdown, and Theatre Australia to The Advertiser and The Australian Financial Review.

For the most part, though, I have contributed regularly to The Adelaide Review and The Australian.

This site is an archive of my writings for these publications as well as a posting of recent events as they appear.

There is current listing of events, a full bibliography, links to other sites and assorted commentary.

I hope you find this site interesting and useful and I welcome your comments and suggestions.

All material on this site is copyright. If you want to make use of any of this material for research and publication, I ask that you fully attribute all quotations in the usual way.

My thanks and gratitude to Michael Chesser for setting up this site and to Susan Gent from Might Graphic Design for the logo.
